For families with several homes

Nadine works for families who live between several homes, and for the family offices and house managers who look after them. She trained in hotel management in Switzerland, at Hotel Institute Montreux and Les Roches, and spent her career in five-star hospitality in Amman and Abu Dhabi, looking after the guests those hotels most wanted to keep.

Today she brings the same attention to private homes. The work is done by video, in writing and by phone, and she is there in person when the moment calls for it.

Services

Family offices and estate managers can also engage Nadine for a defined project, such as opening a new residence or preparing a household for a season of guests.

Residence service standards

For homes with staff

Nadine reviews how the household runs today, then writes the standards the team will work to: arrivals and departures, table and guest service, the principal's preferences, and how each request is taken and closed.

She trains the team by live video and comes back at agreed intervals to check that the standards are holding. Because everything is written down, the knowledge stays in the house when staff change.

What you receive

  • A guided video review of the residence and its routines
  • A written household manual and service procedures
  • Live training sessions for the team
  • Preference profiles for the family and regular guests
  • Follow-up reviews at agreed intervals
  • Job descriptions and interviews for key household roles

Private occasions

Weddings, engagements, milestones and private dinners

Nadine acts as the family's own director for an occasion in Jordan, the Gulf or further afield. She finds the venue and suppliers, negotiates terms, plans guest travel and rooms, and writes the running order that every team on the day will follow.

The planning happens online. On the day she directs by phone and video, or travels to be there when the occasion calls for it. She has planned events at The St. Regis Amman since 2019 and today leads its event planning.

What you receive

  • Venue and supplier shortlists, with terms negotiated
  • A budget kept current from first brief to final invoice
  • Guest travel, rooms and transfers
  • A minute-by-minute running order and floor plans
  • Direction on the day, remotely or in person

A private hospitality office

For families who host and travel often

A standing arrangement on a monthly retainer. Nadine keeps the family's hosting calendar, prepares each guest's arrival and stay, books and briefs hotels before every trip, and keeps preference profiles current so nothing has to be explained twice.

She works alongside your family office, house managers and assistants, and takes on a small number of families at any one time.

What you receive

  • One point of contact for hosting and travel
  • Hotel bookings with a briefing sent ahead of each arrival
  • Arrivals and programmes for visiting guests and delegations
  • Preference profiles for family members and guests
  • A monthly review of the calendar ahead

Working from a distance

Most of the work happens online. This is how an engagement runs from the first call.
  1. A private conversation

A video call with you or your representative about the household, the occasion and the standard you expect. Everything said stays confidential.

  2. A remote assessment

For a residence, a guided video walk-through and short conversations with key staff. For an occasion, a written brief covering guests, dates, places and the feeling you want the day to have.

  3. A written plan

Scope, timeline, deliverables and fees, set out in writing before any work begins.

  4. The work, online

Training sessions, plans and supplier negotiations run by video, phone and email, with a short written update every week and one point of contact throughout.

  5. Present when it matters

On the day of an occasion, or when a new team starts, Nadine can travel to be there. Any travel is agreed in the plan.

Background

Nadine went to school in Bern and Hong Kong and trained in hotel management at Hotel Institute Montreux, with an internship at the Lausanne Palace. She later completed a degree in hospitality business at Les Roches in Marbella.

At the Four Seasons Hotel Amman she rose from the front desk to reservations manager, and was the only woman promoted to front desk supervisor since the hotel opened. She went on to manage the Rotana Rewards Select programme from Abu Dhabi and to run Fairmont Gold, the hotel within a hotel at Fairmont Amman. Since 2019 she has planned events at The St. Regis Amman, where she is Director of Event Planning.

Three years teaching at an IB school and a period in human resources shape how she trains and hires household teams. She is also a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher.
